Drop Off & Pick Up

Drop off:

Drop off appointments can be made in the consignor login system.

You will click “select a drop off appointment” on your consignor home page.

Appointments are on a first come first serve basis. If you miss a scheduled drop off appointment or opt not to make an appointment, just come when you can during our drop off hours. We will do our best to work you in as quickly as possible.

DROP OFF:   Simply choose a drop off time that works for your busy schedule. 

Drop & Go:

Our Drop Off is designed to speed up the drop off process and allow you to be on your way!  You will arrive with your items and check in with a volunteer & receive your sale passes. Please have items broken out by size & gender.  Your items will  be checked in to make sure they meet our quality standards after you leave.  Any items pulled from the sale will be put in your “pick up” piles with a note on the tag as to why they were pulled.

Group clothing items by sizes & gender for drop off: Here is the sizing our sale uses:

Premie, Newborn, 0-3 months, 0-6 months,0-12 months;  3 months; 3-6 months; 6 months; 6-9 months; 6-12 months; 9 months; 9-12 months; 12 months; 12-18 months; 18 months; 18-24 months; 2 & 2t; 3&3t; 4&4t; 5&5t; 6 (extra small); 7 (small); 8 (medium); 10 (large); 12 (x-L); 14 (XXL); 16.

Pick up:

All items must be picked up on the Sunday following our sale between 12 p.m. and  2 p.m. Any items not picked up by 2 p.m. will be immediately be donated to charity. Checks will be available at pick up. If you do not have items to pick up, you can still drop by between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to pick up your check. Any checks not picked up in person on Sunday will be mailed within 7 business days.

Your items will be neatly sorted out by consignor number. When you arrive, find a volunteer who will show you to your number. Remember to check our large item sorting station if you had large items at the sale. See the check station to pick up your check and ENJOY the money you made!

Important Instructions ONLY for those who chose GUARANTEE option at check-in:  We do our absolute best to make sure every item is accounted for at pick up; however, you will need to check your items BEFORE leaving the building.  Please print your unsold item report and bring with you to item pick up. You will need to use that report to check your items BEFORE leaving the building. We will have no internet access for these documents on pick up day so if you are a “Guaranteed” drop off- you must remember this report! Please allow yourself extra time at pick up to check through your items.
